Improved profitability, a reasonable yearly income or the possibility to have employees are all incentives for expansion. A prerequisite for farm businesses to expand is for land to be made available, either to buy or to rent. In Sweden, 43 % of the total arable land is leasehold land, which implies that a functioning leasehold market is of great importance for the Swedish agriculture. Several factors can affect the supply of leasehold land, for instance the leasehold legislation and the Single Payment Scheme. The fact that the leasehold legislation is compulsory, in protection of the leaseholder, might keep land owners from leasing their land out.

This is a comparative study between traditional group work and cooperative learning among 9 graders at a Swedish high school. The classes did an assignment that involved translating and then both students and teachers answered a questionnaire. An example of how profitable cooperative learning is is the fact that the speech activity was more equal in the cooperative groups. All the students in the cooperative groups had to contribute to the assignment in order to fulfill the assignment. The reason for higher speech activity is the structure of cooperative learning, which involves roles suited for the assignment.

Kan cooperative learningmetoden STAD förändra elevernas attityd till matematik?

Genom min verksamhetsförlagda tid (VFT) upptäckte jag att matematikundervisningen huvudsakligen bestod av lärargenomgång och enskild räkning. Denna form av undervisning stämde inte med min bild av hur man skapar en bra lärandesituation för eleverna. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att hitta en undervisningsmetod som stämmer överens med min syn på effektivt lärande. Jag fann cooperative learning som är en undervisningsmodell som bygger på interaktion mellan elever och där alla elever är beroende av varandra för att lyckas. Med hjälp av enkätundersökningar ville jag se om cooperative learningmetoden STAD kunde förändra elevernas attityd till matematik samt vilken attityd eleverna hade till undervisningsmetoden.

En väl fungerande bostadsmarknad är avgörande för ett samhälles utveckling och välfärd. Den stora bostadsbristen i Stockholm, och då särskilt bristen på hyresrätter, har därför länge varit ett omdiskuterat problem. Nästan samtliga av Stockholms kommuner uppgav år 2011 att det råder brist på hyresrätter, ett resultat av minskat byggande i kombination med en hög grad ombildningar till bostadsrätter. Följdproblemen visar sig bland annat i form av svarta marknader för hyreskontrakt, långa kötider samt svårigheter för ungdomar att göra entré på bostadsmarknaden.Denna uppsats fokuserar på alternativa upplåtelseformer och deras möjlighet att komplettera hyresrätten på Stockholms bostadsmarknad, samt deras inverkan på de problem som följer med bristen på hyresrätter. De alternativa upplåtelseformer som studeras närmare är kooperativ hyresrätt samt den nya formen andelsägarlägenhet.

This should mean an increased responsibility for the property owner to reserve the lease and a de-creased duty for the new owner to inspect the property. If the lease is only partially re-served, the new owner is only bound by the leasehold to the parts which he understood from the reservation and the duty to inspect the property is limited to documents in the property owner?s possession.

This report will point out the income for a scania plant production farm, this has been estimated through a case study. The outcome of this report will later be used to calculate a reasonable leasehold charge. This case study is solitary based upon this particular studied farm, at this very point, and can therefore not be used as a general guide. The reason why this particular scania plant production farm has been selected, is because the author is born and raised at the farm and has the intention to run the farm in the future. The chosen farm for this report is based in the southwest of scania and cover 300 hectare of plant production. It occurs occasionally that questions about whether prices are based on fundamentals at all times.The thesis questions that very issue, not from a macro accompanying financial perspective but rather from a microeconomic perspective, where each tenant ownership in the study is a micro-object. Are the observed prices per square meter rational relative to housing cooperative?s assets or is there a lack in the observed prices anchoring the respective association's finances.
